Suites Hospitality Manager - Northwest Stadium
About the role
The Suites Manager role is a full-time salary position with the leading food and beverage provider for the Washington Commanders (NFL) at Northwest Stadium in Hyattsville, MD.
Responsibilities
- Oversee suite operations before, during, and after events
- Manage, schedule, and train suite staff to ensure premium service standards
- Collaborate with culinary teams to confirm suite menus, presentations, and special requests
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and health/safety standards
- Maintain suite performance metrics and guest feedback for continuous improvement
- Partner with venue leadership to implement revenue-generating strategies
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
- Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge
- Well versed on food and wine pairings
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products
- ServSafe Certified preferred
