Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage our Host booth for the duration of a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week.
• Provide the Control Room with all relevant arrival updates while maintaining a welcoming environment for all members and guests; ensure they are acknowledged in a timely fashion.
• Direct nonmember personnel (TSA, CBP, Valet, etc.) upon arrival at PS in coordination with the Control Room.
• Focus attention on member needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Engage in face-to-face client communications while maintaining a "customer service first" mentality.
• Cultivate positive relationships with members and guests.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Prepare reports for the department.
• Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work.”

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality and/or airline industry preferred.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma/GED.
• California Driver’s License in good standing, active for a minimum of 1 year.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check (SSN collection required as part of the process).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Fully open schedule availability and flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts (PS is a 24-hour facility).
