About the role

This role supervises and sells VIP seat upgrades, priority entry, and premium upgrade products and experiences to general admission concert patrons every night. It involves building strong relationships with VIP clients, VIP teams, and all internal departments, participating in new hire processes, coordinating operations on show nights with the Ops Manager, servers, and security, and overseeing the guest services team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and sell VIP seat upgrades, priority entry, and premium upgrade products and experiences to general admission concert patrons every night.
• Build strong relationships with VIP clients, VIP team, and all internal departments.
• Participate in all new hire processes including training.
• Coordinate operations on night of shows with Ops Manager, servers, and security to ensure premium experiences are delivered.
• Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards.
• Oversee the guest services team.

• Professional and customer service oriented.
• Daytime and nighttime availability is a must.
• Exceptionally organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Able to make clear, concise decisions, often with limited information.
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication skills.

Physical Demands/Working Environment

The position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet. Must be able to lift or move up to 45 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.

Benefits

The expected compensation for this position is $19.29 USD - $24.00 USD hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
