ViiV Healthcare (GSK) Director, National Medical Value & Outcomes Liaisons (MVOLs)
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. No invented or summarized away detail. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it—never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to parse the job posting.
Key sections:
- Description: includes company overview, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" is appropriate. The description includes ViiV Healthcare overview, mission, culture. That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: listed under "Responsibilities" heading in posting. Contains bullet points (some are paragraphs). We need to extract responsibilities content.
- Requirements: The posting has "Basic Qualification" and "Preferred Qualification". Those are qualifications. Could be "Requirements" (basic) and "Qualifications" (preferred). The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map Basic Qualification to Requirements, Preferred Qualification to Qualifications. Also there may be Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications? But we should not create sections unless real specific content. The posting includes skills like "Ability to travel...", "Valid driver's license", "First Line Leadership experience", etc. Those could go under Skills. But we need to decide.
We have to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from description, responsibilities, basic qualification, preferred qualification. Possibly also location (Field-based position in the United States). That could go under About the role or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for location; we could include it in About the role paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like "The insights provided are generated by AI..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove "Share Print" repeated.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
About the role
ViiV Healthcare is a global specialty HIV company... (the description paragraph(s)). Also include location: Field-based position in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and People Development: Lead, coach, mentor and develop the National MVOL team...
... etc.
But we need to preserve the bullet content exactly as in posting? The posting has headings within responsibilities: "Leadership and People Development", "National Medical Account Strategy and Execution", etc. Those are subheadings. We could keep them as part of list items or maybe as separate ? But instruction only says use for section headings; we can still include other headings? Not prohibited but we should follow semantics. Probably better to keep responsibilities as list items, each item containing the subheading bold? But we cannot add unless we want; not prohibited. But to preserve detail, we can include the subheading as part of the list item text.
We need to ensure we don't invent or summarize away detail. So we need to copy the text exactly as given, maybe preserving line breaks? We'll produce for prose and
- for lists.
We need to decide what goes into Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills.
Basic Qualification list:
- Pharm D or PhD or M.P.H. or M.S. or advanced medical degree & 5+ years' experience working with US Payer or Institutional customers in a field-based medical role OR 5+ years of experience in a managed care or pharmaceutical setting
- Matrix leadership experience working with stakeholders across Medical, Market Access and customer-facing teams.
- Experience developing and executing strategic business or medical account plans with measurable objectives.
- Experience with regulatory, legal and compliance requirements for field medical engagement.
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel, up to 40% of the time
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualification list:
- First Line Leadership experience
- HIV therapeutic-area expertise and knowledge of treatment, prevention, access and reimbursement dynamics.
- Direct leadership experience in field medical, medical value and outcomes, health outcomes, account medical or payer medical functions.
- Strong command of scientific, clinical, health outcomes and economic evidence, with the ability to translate complex information for sophisticated decision makers.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen and executive presence, with a record of influencing decisions and building trusted relationships.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, make risk-informed decisions and drive execution in a complex, highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience shaping field capabilities, performance frameworks, change initiatives or operating models that improve team effectiveness and measurable impact.
- Ability to build high-performing teams that excel through customer focus, scie (cut off). The text ends abruptly: "Ability to build high-performing teams that excel through customer focus, scie". Probably truncated due to copy. We need to preserve as is? It's incomplete; but we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. The truncated text is likely an error in source; we should include exactly what is given: "Ability to build high-performing teams that excel through customer focus, scie". That's weird but we must include it.
We could treat these as Requirements (basic) and Qualifications (preferred). Skills maybe not needed separately; we could embed skills within qualifications. But we have a Skills heading available; we could create a Skills section if there is specific skill content not covered elsewhere. However the qualifications already include skills like communication, negotiation, etc. Might be redundant to create Skills section. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we likely combine Basic Qualification into Requirements, Preferred Qualification into Qualifications, and maybe not create Skills unless there is distinct skill content not already covered. Since the qualifications already cover skills, we can omit Skills section.
Benefits, Pay, Schedule: posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule. So we should NOT create those sections.
Thus final HTML:
