We are hiring an Expert Vietnamese Instructor to join our team in Reston, VA. In this role you will support a government agency and your office with language instruction, translation, transcription, and/or interpretation services.
Responsibilities
- Work 40 hours per week, allocating approximately 20 hours to teaching and 20 hours to lesson development, student assessment, and testing.
- Work under the direction of experienced senior trained instructors.
- Complete specific sponsor training on teaching mission‑focused foreign language skills and conducting foreign language testing to become certified according to sponsor standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of adult‑level instruction experience within the last 5 years.
- Testing requirements: Translation Assessment score of 3; Speaking, Listening, and Reading scores of 5/5/5.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or Language preferred.

Pay
The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $59.02 to $95.09.
Schedule
Position is full‑time at 40 hours per week.
