About the role
We are looking for a VIE who will work and grow within the Supply Chain S&DM Department and will report to Leo PUJOL within a team of two co-workers, based on our Salt Lake City site.
Responsibilities
- Support central supply and inventory management activities in the US across multiple product lines
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment of the US distribution network, ensuring service level and inventory targets are met
- Contribute to inventory strategy definition (Service Level Agreement) for US manufactured reagents
- Contribute to the preparation and animation of Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews, and S&OP process, including performance tracking and consolidation of data
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support supply chain decision-making, including dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses
- Develop scenario analyses to anticipate future needs related to demand evolution, supply constraints, and manufacturing capacity
- Support scrap and obsolescence risk management, including analysis of historical scrap and identification of future risks
- Participate in supply chain projects related to the US brands, with exposure to cross-functional stakeholders (Manufacturing, Logistic Operations, etc.)
- Support the integration of new products or portfolios (including third-party or external products) into existing supply chain flows
- Contribute to logistics and distribution flow design or adjustments, driven by cost optimization, risk mitigation, or service improvement objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization and documentation, tool enhancement, and best-practice development
- Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentation materials to support project teams
Requirements
- Background in Supply Chain or Business
- Strong interest in planning, inventory management, and data analysis
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, BI tools, planning systems)
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English required plus fluent in French preferred
