Videographer & Podcast Studio Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Filming: Set up and operate gear for in-studio and on-site shoots, ensuring all footage meets high production standards.
• Studio Readiness: Maintain a fully functional and organized studio environment, including podcast setups.
• Client Shoots: Handle all logistics for client filming days, including prep, setup, gear handling, and on-set assistance.
• Client Experience: Create a smooth, professional experience for clients throughout the shoot process.
• File Management: Organize, back up, and upload footage efficiently for handoff to the post-production team.
• Gear Organization: Maintain an inventory of production equipment and ensure everything is ready to go.
• Video Editing: Support the post-production team with basic video editing when needed, particularly for short-form or studio-based content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to execute shoots that align with our vision and content strategy.

Key Requirements

• Must be currently based in Dubai and fluent in English.
• Confident in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Knowledgeable in podcast studio setups and production logistics.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple shoots and studio tasks.
• Friendly and professional when dealing with clients in-studio or on-site.
• Familiar with Dubai’s local shoot logistics and equipment sourcing.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut Pro.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 6,000 per month
