About the role
As a Videographer/Editor at Nomadic UK, you will play a key role in creating captivating, on-brand videos that consistently exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Film diverse content, ranging from interviews to b-roll and cinematic footage.
- Organize and curate raw footage (“rushes”) for effective editing.
- Craft compelling video content by seamlessly weaving camera footage, audio, and animated text overlays.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director to ensure the realization of desired visual outcomes.
- Efficiently manage multiple editing projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines.
- Skillfully integrate feedback from clients and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to tasks such as media management, audio editing, color grading, and final delivery.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Mirrorless and Cinema Cameras, both handheld and on a gimbal.
- Ability to achieve optimal exposure, framing, and focusing in shots.
- Experience in lighting scenes and conducting interviews.
- Mastery of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Either a degree in Video Production/Editing or 3-4 years of industry experience.
- Strong technical and organizational editing skills, encompassing media management, color grading, and delivery.
- Capability to conceptualize visually creative ideas based on initial project briefs.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering high-quality video edits.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a discerning eye for visual aesthetics.

- While camera operating skills (filming and photography) are beneficial, they are not prerequisites for this role.
