Responsibilities

  • Filming diverse content, ranging from interviews to b-roll and cinematic footage.
  • Organizing and curating raw footage (“rushes”) for effective editing.
  • Crafting compelling video content by seamlessly weaving camera footage, audio, and animated text overlays.
  • Collaborating closely with the creative director to ensure the realization of desired visual outcomes.
  • Efficiently managing multiple editing projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines.
  • Skillfully integrating feedback from clients and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contributing to tasks such as media management, audio editing, color grading, and final delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Mirrorless and Cinema Cameras, both handheld and on a gimbal.
  • Ability to achieve optimal exposure, framing, and focusing in shots.
  • Experience in lighting scenes and conducting interviews.
  • Mastery of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Either a degree in Video Production/Editing or 3-4 years of industry experience.
  • Strong technical and organizational editing skills, encompassing media management, color grading, and delivery.
  • Capability to conceptualize visually creative ideas based on initial project briefs.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering high-quality video edits.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a discerning eye for visual aesthetics.

While camera operating skills (filming and photography) are beneficial, they are not prerequisites for this role. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a creative team are essential.
