About the role
The St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology is expanding its state‑of‑the‑art studio in Steubenville, Ohio. The organization produces online short courses, Bible studies, podcasts, and high‑quality educational content. The Videographer‑Editor will support the Director of Production by creating audio and video projects for the Digital Library, App content, YouTube, theological studies, fundraising materials, and live events, while collaborating with the Marketing Team on promotional content.
Responsibilities
- Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Premiere and Audition) and production tools such as ATEM/OBS and Streamyard; extra consideration for motion graphics and visual effects expertise.
- Edit short‑form and long‑form video as well as audio projects, ensuring timely delivery and high production standards.
- Operate in a multi‑camera studio environment to produce high‑quality video and audio content.
- Collaborate with the Production Team to develop images, videos, and audio that align with the Center’s mission and visual identity.
- Apply storytelling techniques and audience insights to create engaging, educational, and inspiring content for a broad Catholic audience.
- Provide clear on‑camera direction to participants, ensuring professional and dynamic performances.
- Demonstrate a mission‑driven mindset, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through media and contributing to a collaborative, faith‑centered work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in videography, editing, and production within a studio or field setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for Catholic theology, evangelization, and digital media.
