About the role
A perfect fit for someone passionate about visual storytelling, this full-time permanent role is based in Worcester City. We are a growing, forward-thinking creative full-service agency producing world-class video content for diverse clients, brands, and global events. We are now seeking a Videographer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative, story-led content for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Film on location across the UK and internationally
- Work in our studio on pre-recorded and live broadcast projects
- Collaborate with senior creatives to bring ideas to life
- Take projects from concept through to final delivery
- Capture standout content at large-scale international events
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality
- Adapt your style to suit different brands and guidelines

Skills
- Professional cameras (Blackmagic or similar)
- Strong skills in lighting, sound, and location shoots
- Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- A keen eye for detail and high-quality edits
- The ability to work collaboratively and respond to feedback
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work under pressure
- The ability to learn new tools and techniques proactively
- The ability to solve problems effectively
- A full UK driving licence, valid passport, and willingness to travel
Bonus Points
- Experience with Photoshop and Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of live broadcast or streaming techniques
- Experience in a studio environment
