Requirements

  • Hybrid Los Angeles-based role with regular travel and on-site client shoots (occasional travel outside of LA).
  • Must be flexible and available to travel frequently for shoots and events.
  • Days off must be requested in accordance with current time-off policies, and any unavailability for on-site work must be communicated 30 days in advance.
  • Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other editing software.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
  • Passion for music, entertainment, and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to work effectively in both remote and office settings, with reliable high-speed internet and personal computer/phone.
  • Availability for occasional weekend and evening work (events and activations don’t always occur during 9-to-5 business hours).

Skills

  • Creative instincts and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance creative freedom with meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Resourcefulness, innovation, and a proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and ability to work across teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the music and entertainment industry’s non-traditional schedules.

Benefits

  • Full-time role based on 40 hours per week (with potential for extended hours during events).
  • Paid holidays, sick days, and vacation days.
  • Electronic stipend, health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days of employment.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
