About the Role

The Video Install Manager is responsible for deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting commercial video technology systems while serving as the primary technical resource for installation projects. This role combines technical expertise, project coordination, customer support, and remote engineering to ensure successful project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. The position follows a hybrid work model with approximately 90% remote work and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience performing video installations, diagnostics, monitoring, and remote engineering.
• Hands-on experience with DIRECTV COM, DRE, AEP, Casting, and OTT systems.
• Experience troubleshooting complex commercial video systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong project coordination and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Project.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Product certifications related to DIRECTV systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and deploy commercial video technology systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve video equipment and system performance issues.
• Perform remote engineering, diagnostics, and system monitoring.
• Configure and support DIRECTV COM, DRE, AEP, Casting, and OTT platforms.
• Maintain accurate installation documentation and technical records.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Deliver projects within established timelines and budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer support throughout project execution.
• Participate in on-call support as required for assigned projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
