About the role

The role is open to contract-to-hire or fulltime direct positions, with an onsite schedule of 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday, remote Friday) in the Greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated livestream technician, handling setup, testing, recording, and real-time switching (eCamm, OBS, studio systems), confidently managing 3-camera production, audio, lighting, graphics, music, remote guests, and live troubleshooting
  • Partner closely with on-camera talent and Innovation team leaders, helping them look and feel their best through preparation, creative problem-solving, and strong production support
  • Edit and deliver a high volume of polished, on-brand content, continually raising the creative bar with modern editing techniques, motion graphics, pacing, and sound design
  • Repurpose livestreams, long-form videos, and existing footage into product-page videos, social reels, YouTube Shorts, and other channel-specific content
  • Capture and edit product demos, social content, commercials, and team videos, providing creative direction and coaching to get strong, natural performances
  • Maintain and protect studio equipment and media assets, stay current on emerging editing, live-production, AI, and automation tools, and proactively bring ideas that improve quality, workflow, and ROI
  • Manage competing requests and shifting priorities across teams, seek clarity when needed, and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Expert level knowledge of editing software (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
  • A calm, technical operator's mindset: you prepare thoroughly, run live productions independently, and troubleshoot in real time
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, you know when and from whom to take direction, and you make every project owner feel supported
  • A proactive, creative partner mentality, bringing fresh ideas and technique while welcoming feedback and adapting quickly
  • Excellent priority and time management, able to juggle a continuous editing pipeline and shift to urgent, high-value work without losing momentum

Qualifications

  • Deeply understands and creates for a female or craft-oriented demographic, ideally with longevity at one or more brands and a track record of working in-house as an integrated, collaborative team member rather than an order-taker
