About The Role We are seeking a talented Video Editor specializing in paid media to join our remote team. As a Video Editor at IncubatorLab, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling short-form video ads designed to perform across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should possess a performance-first mindset, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, iterate based on performance insights, and produce high-quality, conversion-focused content. This role requires a deep understanding of social media advertising, creative best practices, and proficiency with AI video tools to craft engaging and scroll-stopping ads. You will collaborate asynchronously with creative strategists and growth teams to optimize ad creatives continually and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience specializing in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce video editing.Portfolio showcasing high-performing paid social ad creatives and conversion-focused assets for e-commerce brands.Proven experience editing for health, wellness, and supplement brands.Expertise in generative AI video suites, including AI animations, asset generation, and talking-head enhancements.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.Strong fundamentals in pacing, color correction, audio mixing, and music selection.Excellent English communication skills.Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Comfort with asynchronous collaboration and flexible working hours, with some overlap with US EST hours. Responsibilities Edit short-form paid social video ads optimized for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.Implement best practices around hooks, pacing, clarity, and calls-to-action to maximize engagement and conversions.Iterate on creative assets based on performance insights and campaign data.Collaborate asynchronously with creative strategists, growth teams, and other stakeholders to refine ad creatives.Maintain consistency and quality across a high volume of video outputs.Utilize generative AI tools to enhance video assets, including animations and advanced editing techniques.Stay updated with social media trends, platform specifications, and creative best practices.Participate in team meetings during overlapping US EST hours to facilitate real-time feedback and collaboration.
