Video Editor

About the role

Football Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit making high quality football education free and accessible to everyone, worldwide. We’re looking for a talented Volunteer Video Editor to help us turn raw footage into polished, engaging video content that supports our educational programs, storytelling, volunteer recruitment, and nonprofit mission.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into professional, engaging videos
• Add subtitles, titles, graphics, music, and transitions where appropriate
• Edit educational courses, interviews, promotional videos, and social media content
• Maintain a consistent visual style across Football Institute content
• Collaborate remotely with our team and other creative volunteers
• Prepare finished videos for platforms such as YouTube, our website, and social media

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual presentation
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon timelines
• Good communication and attention to detail
• An interest in football/soccer is a plus, but not required

Schedule

This is a remote, flexible volunteer opportunity. You can contribute based on your availability, and projects can be assigned around your schedule.
