Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer

Our agency client is seeking a Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer to work with their team. The ideal candidate is a fast, detail-oriented designer who splits time evenly between editing footage and animating 2D/3D graphics, with expert-level After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills. This is a 5-10 hours/week, fully remote, ongoing contract opportunity. You must be willing to work PST hours and join client feedback calls. They need to be highly communicative and comfortable on client-facing calls, and be able to work directly out of the client's encrypted Dropbox (non-negotiable). RESPONSIBILITIES: - Animate high-quality 2D and 3D graphics for videos, social media, social media ads, and presentations that meet the specs requirements (incorporating provided or created vector files, bitmaps, and .mov and .mp4 files) - Edit raw footage (such as interviews) to curate the content and follow brand guidelines to have the appropriate design and animation styles - Design and build storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts from scratch and/or a template in teh required client format delivery that meet brand standards - Collaborate with strategists and/or other creatives to ensure content strategy and seet alignment - Edit and refine animations based on feedback and be able to provide and recommend alternates based on best practices and performance around the task - Keep uo to date with new software, design trends, and tech developments and ensure working files are up to date on agency's file share REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of relevant video and motion graphic design experience within an agency setting - Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory and dynamic animation - Ability to provide solutions for assets we may not acquire or the correct format when needed (i.e masking product animations to add new brand elements, etc.) - Expert knowledge of Adode After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Strong communication and teamwork skills NICE TO HAVES: - Experience working with Figma files - Experience with 3D programs like Cinema 4D or BlenderIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.Benefits Email Your Resume In Word To Avni.Vachhani@jobalert.creativecircle.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
