Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, digital marketing, paid media, ecommerce, membership campaigns, internal communications, and brand initiatives.
• Transform long-form content into multiple deliverables, including 15-second, 30-second, 60-second, and platform-specific formats.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in editing, captioning, transcription, content repurposing, audio enhancement, visual cleanup, etc.
• Identify opportunities to utilize emerging AI technologies while maintaining creative quality, brand consistency, and content accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and digital asset libraries.
• Continually explore new creative trends, editing techniques, platform best practices, and AI innovations that can improve content performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (and the AI technology within them).
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing channels.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
