About the role
Join Esquire as a Video Coordinator—a critical role where you'll manage legal video production processes, deliver high-quality client orders, and help create clients for life through excellent service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Check video jobs into internal systems
- Convert media formats to meet department standards
- Synchronize video to transcripts and hyperlink exhibit files
- Process all client orders accurately and on time
- Create transcript production media types for transcript deliverables
- Cross-train to perform Transcript Production Coordinator duties
- Prioritize work effectively to meet job due date targets
- Collaborate with team members to ship deliverables on schedule
- Create clients for life by being proactive, responsive, and respectful in every interaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of digital media, video encoding, and authoring is a plus
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to plan work effectively, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Other: Must maintain regular attendance, be able to work under pressure, and be available to work weekends as necessary
Work Environment
- Based in an office environment with occasional exposure to noise, dust, or temperature variations
- Requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical activities such as pushing, bending, kneeling, and crouching
Qualifications
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to plan work effectively, to meet the deadlines assigned, and to make sound decisions
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- Ability to resolve challenges and suggest process improvement
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to plan work effectively
- Able to work under pressure
- Capable of taking direction from more than one Supervisor
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Capable of working autonomously when necessary
- Demonstrates a commitment to company objectives
- Must be available to work weekends as necessary
- Measurements Of Success:
- Comes to work when scheduled, at the scheduled time and works through the entire shift unless notified to do otherwise
- Has a general knowledge of production process and is able to communicate and effectively work with production personnel
- Mets productivity and accuracy requirements documented in the KPI reports
- Timely video production per published deadlines
- Minimum Qualification:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of digital media, video encoding and authoring a plus
