  • Maintain video and media channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and follows established standards.
  • Produce motion graphics, title sequences, lower thirds, animated explainers, and branded visual elements using Adobe After Effects and Creative Cloud tools.

Event Media & Production Support

  • Capture photo and video content at internal meetings, events, and field activities to support communications, recognition, and storytelling.
  • Produce highlight videos and recap content to extend the impact of key programs and events.
  • Support basic live production needs for internal meetings, including camera setup, microphones, lighting, presentation displays, and recording.

  • Maintain and update content across internal platforms (Microsoft Teams, email, signage, media libraries).
  • Source and translate field stories into high-quality visual or written content.
  • Monitor trends and feedback to recommend format and delivery improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Leadership, Program team, Training, Enablement, Safety, Revenue, and Culture teams.
