Video Banker I

About the role

At RCB Bank, we seek someone who provides support to all branches that maintain an Interactive Teller Machine and accepts remote assistance requests as well as provides overrides for customer transactions when needed. They are also responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting bank products/services while processing transactions and paying out funds in accordance with bank procedures, regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Professionally assist customers with concerns and/or questions that may be discussed during the transaction and refer to Supervisor or other departments as needed.
• Work towards achieving continued satisfaction and retention of existing customers by promoting and educating about products that will further benefit their banking experience with RCB Bank.
• Aid the Retail Operations Support Department and/or Corporate Retail Coordinator with tasks, reports, projects, and deadlines as needed.

Requirements

• You have an ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• You are proficient in applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• You have a positive outlook, self-motivation to tasks, and an aptitude for solving problems.
• You have a desire to learn and understand RCB products and services to best assist customers.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Qualifications

• You have customer service experience.
• You have cash-handling experience.
• You have a high school diploma or GED.

Skills

• Minimum two (2) years’ banking experience.
