Video and Design Manager
The Opportunity
The Video & Design Manager will be the visual storyteller for the most important battleground state in the country. They will produce the creative assets that define our message, energize our base, and stop the scroll on social media. This is a dynamic, hybrid creative role: one day you might be designing a static graphic for a fundraising email, and the next you might be on the road shooting a rally and editing a fast-turnaround Reel for Instagram.
Qualifications (Required)
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in video production, photography, and/or graphic design.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Video Technical Skills: Strong understanding of encoding formats, export settings, frame rates, and working with 4K footage.
- Social Fluency: Demonstrated ability to create content specifically optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook).
- Logistics: Access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience creating "vertical first" content (TikTok/Reels).
- Ability to produce content in multiple languages.
- Experience writing video scripts or copyediting.
- At least one cycle of digital experience on a campaign or political organization.
On-year Requirements
- Working outside of normal work hours; including canvassing and other election-preparation as necessary.

$64,000 - $74,000 USD per year (In Person - Madison (15 N))
