Victim Advocate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and advocacy to victims of domestic abuse and intimate partner violence
• Afford emotional support and advocate for victims of domestic abuse and intimate partner violence

• Assist clients with safety planning, protective orders, and navigating legal/medical systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ direct experience working with victims of domestic violence
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
• Strong crisis response and interpersonal skills
