Job Responsibilities

  • Perform financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis, and distill and refine financial storytelling for business results.
  • Oversee processes to deliver month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future years.
  • Develop and track performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally provide financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management.
  • Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and present commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.
  • Prepare materials for internal leadership meetings and forums (e.g., Business Reviews), as well as external forums (e.g., Investor Day).
  • Create ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management, and help design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management.
  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible, and enhance consistency and efficiency across processing and reporting to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related subject
  • 8+ years of work experience in Financial Services
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint and Essbase
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis Teams
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
