Vice President (VP) Enterprise Delivery

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President (VP) Enterprise Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will shape the enterprise delivery function that supports strategic priorities across the organization. The role will bring structure, accountability, and scalable delivery discipline to a broad portfolio of initiatives while partnering closely with senior leaders. The VP will also guide a multidisciplinary team and help mature enterprise-wide Agile and project management practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and operating model for enterprise delivery
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance
• Lead a multidisciplinary organization of delivery professionals
• Ensure portfolio delivery aligns with strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align priorities and resolve barriers
• Define performance metrics and escalation paths for accountability
• Manage risks and dependencies proactively across portfolios
• Scale Agile and project management practices to meet enterprise needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of people leader experience
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise delivery or a related discipline
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to headquarters
• Preference for candidates residing in specified states

Pay

$200,000 – $350,000 annually
