Vice President, US Field Medical, Immunology & Cardiovascular

About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align field medical plans focused on product-specific and disease-area strategies
• Lead the field medical strategy for launching Milvexian, ensuring team readiness for specialist support
• Collaborate as a core member of the US IMM & CV Brands leadership team to address market needs
• Communicate transparently with US Access to integrate medical viewpoints into the commercialization process
• Establish and maintain networks with external influencers to gather valuable insights

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, or PharmD with 15+ years of experience in Medical, development, or clinical roles in biotech or pharmaceuticals
• Preferred expertise in Immunology and Cardiovascular fields
• Strategic mindset regarding the US healthcare landscape
• Familiarity with all phases of drug development, including regulatory processes
• Proven impact with key thought leaders and effective relationship-building

Pay

$283,480 – $343,505 annually
