We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro paragraph about Stout, Relentless Excellence, core values. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove the link to benefits? The instruction says remove application instructions, but benefits link maybe part of benefits section? The posting includes "Learn more about our benefits and commitment to your success. https://www.stout.com/en/careers/benefits". Also later: "Information about benefits can be found here - https://www.stout.com/en/careers/benefits." This is likely boilerplate; we can keep benefits description but maybe not the link? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits link might be considered application instruction? It's not exactly application instruction, but it's a link to benefits. Might be okay to keep as part of benefits description? However they said "Preserve ALL substantive information". The link is not substantive info; it's a reference. Could drop it. We need to include Pay section only if posting states them. It does: "A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000.00 - $215,000.00 . This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan." So we need Pay section with that info. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's "flexible work schedules and a discretionary time off policy". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits: They mention "comprehensive Total Rewards program with competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness options", "flexible work schedules and a discretionary time off policy", also link to benefits. So we can include Benefits section summarizing that. Qualifications: Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related major; Minimum 5-6 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence (with at least 2 years in due diligence). Big Four experience preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). That's qualifications. Skills: The "What You Bring" list includes many skills: Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Relationship-oriented; entrepreneurial mindset; positive attitude; collaborative team environment; creativity in problem-solving; accountability; manages multiple tasks; professional presence; strong technical and analytical skills; detail-oriented; self-motivated; willingness to travel up to 50%; excels in fast-paced environment. That's skills. Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list includes supervising analysts, multitasking, identify risks, analyze financial statements, synthesize data, produce reports, lead calls, review audit workpapers, provide insights to purchase agreement, business development, participate in hiring/training. That's responsibilities. Impact: "Impact You’ll Make" paragraph describing impact. Could be part of About the role or separate section? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We could treat "Impact You’ll Make" as About the role. Or we could have a separate "Impact" heading but not in list; better to stick to allowed headings. So we can put that under About the role. Also there is "How You’ll Thrive" paragraph about embracing deadlines, organizational skills, collaborate, commitment to Relentless Excellence. That could be part of Skills or Qualities? Might be considered part of Skills or maybe "How You’ll Thrive" is like competencies. Could be included under Skills or maybe under Qualifications? But we already have Skills covering many. Could add a separate section like "How You’ll Thrive" but not in allowed list; better to incorporate into Skills or maybe under "About the role". However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include it as part of Skills (maybe as additional bullet points). Or we could create a separate section "How You’ll Thrive" but that's not in the allowed list; the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could still add other headings but better to stick to those. We can incorporate the "How You’ll Thrive" content into Skills or maybe under "About the role". Let's put under Skills as additional bullet points. Also there is "Why Stout?" paragraph about Total Rewards, culture, inclusion, professional growth, flexible work schedules, discretionary time off. That's benefits and culture; we already have Benefits and Schedule sections. Could incorporate the culture part into Benefits or maybe a separate "About the role"? But we can keep Benefits section describing total rewards, wellness, inclusion, professional growth, flexible schedules, discretionary time off. The schedule part we can separate. We need to avoid duplication. Ensure we don't repeat same info. Let's structure:

About the role

Impact paragraph + intro about Stout? Actually About the role could include the intro about Stout and impact. We'll combine.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed those. Also removed the link to benefits. Also removed the statement about "The specific statements shown in each section of this description are not intended to be all-inclusive..." etc. Also removed the EEO paragraph. Also removed the "Stout is required by applicable state and local laws..." paragraph. Also removed the "This role is also anticipated to be eligible..." we kept that in Pay. Good.
