Vice President, Target Process Application Engineer

About the role

This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Leading the architecture and delivery of Apptio/IBM TargetProcess
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Ensuring the implementation of best practices in application development processes to enhance performance and security
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development
• Supporting delivery of AI outcomes within the tool and across the wider ecosystem
• Engaging with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in software engineering and application delivery methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
