About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Talent Management to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Aerospace & Defense environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise talent management and learning strategies
- Develop scalable programs for leadership capability and employee growth
- Partner with executive leadership to identify talent priorities
- Drive consistency in talent practices and leadership expectations
- Monitor leadership bench strength through succession planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy
- Utilize talent analytics to inform decision-making
Qualifications
- 12+ years in talent management and HR leadership; advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years experience in talent management disciplines
- Experience with succession planning and leadership development required
- Proven ability to lead in large, complex organizations
- Expertise in learning technologies and workforce capability-building
- Experience in fast-paced environments; GovCon industry preferred
- US Citizenship required
Compensation
$225,000 – $250,000 annually
