Vice President, Talent Development
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- Overview / Position Overview: description of company, mission, role purpose. Could be "About the role". Use About the role
then
with prose. - Responsibilities: list of duties. The posting has "Roles And Responsibilities Academy | Grow Purpose..." and "Workforce Development Responsibilities". So we can combine into a
- list.
- Requirements: maybe "Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:" plus "Success Factors". Those are requirements/qualifications. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content fits each.
We have:
- Success Factors: list of abilities (travel, belief in zero, alignment, customer centricity, lead leaders, fast-paced, time management, self-motivated, organized, problem solve, influence, communication, strategic, business/financial acumen, proficient with MS Office). Those could be Skills or Qualifications.
- Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 10+ years progressive experience, etc. That's Requirements/Qualifications.
- Preferred Experience: construction, telecom, etc., PE backed, certifications, corporate foundation. That's also Qualifications or Preferred.
- Core Competencies: Extreme Ownership, Field First Orientation, Executive Communication, Builder's Mindset, Cross Functional Influence. Those could be Skills.
- Pay: "The starting pay for this position is $150,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications." So we have Pay section.
- Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of tuition reimbursement, SkillBridge, etc. Those are programs under responsibilities? Actually they are part of programs: "Deploy tailored programs including the College Graduate Supervisor Program, licensed apprenticeships (TIRAP model), tuition reimbursement, and SkillBridge for military to civilian transitions". That's a responsibility, not a benefit. Benefits like health insurance not mentioned. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not, so omit.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit.
- Work Environment: Could be part of About the role or separate? Not in list of allowed headings but we could incorporate into About the role.
We must not create sections with filler. So include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Possibly also "Work Environment" but not allowed heading; we could put under About the role.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Use
About the role
etc. We must use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes "ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer. All candidates agree to complete a selection assessment and pre-employment drug screen." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove it. Also maybe "To be a team member at ADB Companies, or as we call it, part of the A-Team, you must be ALL IN to support the company’s mission, vision, and values." That's part of mission; we can keep as part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive info: mission, vision, values, position overview, responsibilities, success factors, required experience, preferred experience, core competencies, pay, work environment. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:
About the role
... (mission, vision, values, company description, role purpose)
Responsibilities
- ... each responsibility item
- .
Now Requirements: maybe combine Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION and Success Factors? But we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping.
We could treat:
- Requirements: Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION (the 10+ years etc.)
- Qualifications: Preferred Experience (construction, telecom, PE backed, certifications, corporate foundation)
- Skills: Success Factors + Core Competencies (abilities, traits, competencies)
But we must not create sections with filler. All have content.
Thus:

Pay
The starting pay for this position is $150,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
We should also include Work Environment maybe as part of About the role or separate? Not in allowed headings but we could incorporate into About the role. About the role paragraph should include: mission statement, vision, values, company description, role purpose, work environment details (location options, temperature-controlled office, standard office equipment). Let's craft. We need to preserve all substantive info: The mission: "We are a customer-centric partner providing innovative solutions. The safety, well-being, and career growth of our team members are the benchmarks of our success." Also the ALL IN culture includes focus on Safety, Wellness, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and giving back to communities. Also position overview: ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, Critical Infrastructure, and Engineering. Customer centric approach etc. Recognize team members as greatest asset. The VP owns strategy, budget, execution of ADB's culture and workforce development agenda. This leader is singularly accountable for ADB Academy, the enterprise workforce development architecture that builds leaders from within and creates pathways from the field to the executive suite. The role exists to solve a specific problem: workforce development at ADB has historically lacked a single owner, and accountability has fallen through the cracks. This position ends that. The VP leads a dedicated department that sits alongside Marketing and Corporate Communications as a peer function with executive sponsorship. Every program, platform, and recognition initiative under this role is designed field first, so that construction crews, foremen, and boots on the ground Team Members have an equal seat at the culture table. Work Environment: This role operates out of ADB's corporate headquarters located in Pacific, MO or one of our offices in Dallas, San Antonio, Atlanta, Houston, Lockport, or remote depending on location. This role operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones. We'll include that in About the role. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. Now output only HTML fragment. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included EEO line. Good. Now produce final answer.
