Vice President, Supply Chain & In-Market Quality

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain & In-Market Quality to lead continuous improvement focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Location: New Brunswick, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Implement Global QMS standards across affiliate markets
• Manage customer complaints, including trending and regulatory reporting
• Harmonize and align practices across markets and Supply Chain
• Oversee Quality Operations, Supplier Management, and market actions
• Ensure market release meets local regulatory requirements
• Monitor quality and compliance, driving continuous improvement
• Prepare for inspections and compliance readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred in pharmaceuticals or related fields
• 15 years of experience in Quality and Compliance management
• Proficiency in cGMP/GDP regulations and compliance processes
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred
• Experienced in managing diverse teams globally
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen

Pay

$333,760 – $404,440 annually
