About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Strategy Greater Silicon Valley Division to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scale financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Location: Los Altos, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the strategic direction of the Silicon Valley Division
- Identify growth opportunities and foster innovation within the healthcare landscape
- Develop geographic division's strategic plan in partnership with the Divisional Leadership Team
- Monitor patient and community access to care, developing appropriate growth plans
- Integrate systemwide clinical service lines for optimal patient care delivery
- Mentor and oversee staff to manage projects and achieve desired results
- Build collaborative relationships with leaders in the Division and the greater healthcare community
Qualifications
- Master's degree in health administration, Business or Public Administration required; or equivalent education/experience
- 12+ years' experience in complex managed healthcare environment
- Demonstrated senior-level healthcare management with expertise in strategic and financial planning
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives and managing effective teams
- Consulting experience is a plus

Pay
$360,000 – $488,000 annually
