Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience
  • 5+ years of strategy or management consulting experience within a large consulting firm

What You Will Do

  • Translate broad demand requests and ideas into structured, executable project plans
  • Manage and/or execute qualitative and quantitative analysis with a balance of rigor and speed
  • Develop proficiency in working with QTS & industry data sources
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
  • Build and lead a team of high performing strategic analysts at various levels of tenure, experience, and development stages
  • Build effective working relationships within each QTS organization to expedite work and outcomes
  • Present project plans, analytical findings, and recommendations to multiple levels of QTS leadership
  • Translate project plans, analytical findings, and recommendations into executive-ready work products
  • Execute all aspects of your role with the utmost confidentiality
  • Adapt to changes in priorities or direction with urgency

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience
  • 5+ years of strategy or management consulting experience within a large consulting firm

Other Key Skills

  • Masters in business administration or other applicable advanced degrees is strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of professional experience is preferred
  • 7+ years of strategy or management consulting experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate project teams
  • Experience aligning programs with organizational strategy, to contribute to overall business objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
