Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of Supply Chain strategy to develop initiatives that enhance industry leadership
  • Collaborate with the CSCO to ensure strategy implementation aligns with operational outcomes across the Supply Chain
  • Create and lead governance and performance tracking processes to promote accountability and improvements in Supply functions
  • Conceptualize strategies aimed at increasing agility and resilience in the value chain
  • Steer the execution of strategic priorities aligned with key initiatives
  • Align regional strategies with global Supply vision in coordination with Regional Leadership teams
  • Conduct strategic analysis to tackle business challenges and uncover operational opportunities

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in consumer, retail, apparel, or related industry, including 5+ years in a leading strategy consulting firm
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation across various operational topics
  • Strong background in business performance management and cross-functional governance in global organizations
  • Deep understanding of the consumer and retail landscape with strong commercial acumen
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
  • Outstanding communication and executive presentation abilities to influence senior leadership across the globe
  • Experience in managing high-performing global teams while fostering collaboration

Pay

$225,000 – $265,000 annually
