Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Partner with L&I leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives
• Conduct market analysis and develop business cases in collaboration with stakeholders
• Establish plans and success metrics for accountable delivery of initiatives
• Identify risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to align strategic objectives
• Manage critical workstreams related to top L&I priorities
• Oversee the launch of new products and M&A integration efforts

Qualifications

• 15+ years in operations, strategy, product, or related leadership roles, preferably in healthcare tech-enabled services or health-tech organizations
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Deep experience collaborating with operational, commercial, and technical teams
• Strong analytical and process optimization mindset, with a history of influencing stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building executive-level relationships

Pay

$240,000 – $275,000 annually
