Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

About the role

Oversees administrative functions and strategic initiatives, responsible for assisting executive leadership with the strategic planning process, competitive intelligence, strategic advocacy, and chief of staff responsibilities. Coordinates, delivers, and maintains the annual strategic plan at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to identify and monitor strategic priorities.
• Partner with HR to lead and manage an efficient and effective annual people plan, including career development, training, and education strategies.
• Lead the development and oversight of competitive intelligence processes.
• Initiate, develop, and mature strategic, innovative partnerships aimed at driving advocacy for the Division’s various lines of business.
• Deliver and support chief of staff responsibilities such as presentation development, governance management, communications, and priority projects as assigned.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations management, or consulting experience in the Healthcare, Insurance, or financial services industry required.
• Direct people leadership including the management of other people leaders.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Travel: 10%.

Pay

$171,900.00 – $326,900.00 per year
