P&L Overview
We are seeking a Vice President, Southeast Hub (P&L Leader) to lead our Florida & Georgia HUB — a $120M premium book and a team of roughly 50 service and production staff. This is a leadership seat for someone who has owned or run a retail agency at scale and can drive growth, retention, and service performance across both personal and commercial lines.
Who Reports to You
- Tier 2 Service Lead — Oversees the personal lines Tier 2 service team in Vero Beach
- Vero Beach Lead — Oversees the Vero Beach office and personal lines producers
- Port Richey Lead — Oversees the Port Richey office and producers
What You'll Own
- P&L for the hub — growth, retention, profitability, and service performance across a $120M book
- Production engine — lead and coach producers and office leads to drive new business and organic growth
- Service delivery — ensure personal and commercial service teams hit retention and client-experience targets
- Carrier strategy — own carrier relationships, appetite, and market placement in a complex Florida environment
- Team leadership — build, develop, and retain a high-performing team of ~50 across multiple offices
- Operating model — strengthen the hub model and standardize process, metrics, and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Agency ownership / operator experience — has owned or run a retail P&C agency with full P&L responsibility, ideally a book in the tens of millions
- Leadership at scale — has led 50+ people in a service or brokerage environment, ideally across multiple locations
- Both lines of business — strong personal lines depth plus genuine commercial brokerage credibility
- Florida market expertise — fluent in the Florida property/homeowners market, including catastrophe exposure, Citizens, and shifting carrier appetite
- Producer / sales leadership — a proven track record of driving organic growth through a producer team
- Licensing — Florida 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) license
Strong Pluses
- Experience consolidating local offices into a centralized hub / service model
- M&A and book-integration experience
- Comfort with an agency management system and service-metrics reporting

- Retention and growth targets met or exceeded across both lines
- A stable, motivated leadership bench and reduced key-person risk
- Clear operating rhythm: metrics, reporting, and accountability in place
- Strengthened carrier relationships and market position in Florida
