Vice President – Senior Project Manager
Duties
Reporting to the Director and senior management, ensure projects follow group policies and procedures, including proper project governance and reporting to stakeholders.
Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects within wider operations.
Identify and stabilize the scope of business topics to be addressed and resolved.
Identify and obtain buy-in from the project stakeholders and sponsor.
Analyze current procedures and recommend change proposals to improve productivity, efficiency, and risk control.
Measure impact of new systems/processes on staff’s workload and help determine new staffing requirements.
Propose procedural changes to take advantage of new system functionalities.
Facilitate the planning between IT and users to ensure all phases of the project are on track and that the appropriate level of testing is carried out.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent (employer will accept 3 year degree from accredited U.S. or foreign institution)) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Six (6) years of experience in offered or related role in a financial institution
- Six (6) years of experience with: Trading and Operations (functional or in a project capacity), Global Markets activities, Compliance and Regulatory reporting framework, and post trade activities; trade flow (front to back), including Process and Risk awareness; and project management concepts such as planning, documentation, and stakeholder management in the financial technology and financial operations domain

Pay
$150,301 to $170,000 / year. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as experience level, location of role, etc.
Schedule
9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
