Vice President Sales Support (Payment Integrity)

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end presales lifecycle for large Payment Integrity (PI) opportunities and proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions with strong value propositions
• Develop competitive pricing and engagement models aligned with business goals
• Drive solution storytelling through presentations and client narratives
• Lead executive-level conversations as the trusted voice during sales cycles
• Identify growth opportunities in existing accounts and strategize market expansion
• Monitor market trends to refine value propositions and maintain competitive edge

Qualifications

• 15+ years in presales, business development, RFPs, or consulting in healthcare or technology-led services
• 5-7 years experience in Payment Integrity (PI) with clinical audits, claim reviews, or subrogation exposure
• Deep understanding of US healthcare payer ecosystem including CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Proven track record in solving complex client problems and crafting tailored proposals
• Strong skills in leading high-stakes client dialogues and defending solution integrity
• Robust knowledge of commercial models and deal structures within IT outsourcing
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams

Pay

$176,000 – $250,000 annually
