Bank of Prairie du Sac is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as Vice President Retail. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our retail banking division while leading branch operations, developing employees, enhancing customer relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach retail banking staff, including tellers, personal bankers, and reception personnel
• Oversee branch operations and customer experience initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and business growth
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships while growing core deposits
• Monitor operational performance, compliance, and efficiency
• Foster a culture of service, integrity, innovation, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail banking and branch management
• Strong business acumen with a focus on sales, customer service, and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent community banking experience
