Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations management or a similar field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
