Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new operational procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations management or a similar field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
