About the role

The Regional Planning Consultant plays a vital role in supporting investor center associates by reinforcing the principles of consultative selling. You will impact associate development through focused coaching support in key foundational areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs to improve associate skills and abilities.
• Mentor and encourage associate growth through collaboration and collaboration.
• Provide subject matter expertise on financial planning and investment solutions.
• Support associates in executing consultative selling practices.
• Participate in client appointments to introduce and implement appropriate product solutions.

Requirements

• Sales experience in the financial service industry.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required, with Series 66 & Insurance licenses to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification preferred.

Qualifications
