Vice President, Project Management

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee project management strategy and delivery across client-facing engagements in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The role will partner closely with internal teams and clients to ensure complex initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and with strong operational discipline. In addition, this leader will help shape delivery processes, guide project management resources, and support both existing accounts and new business opportunities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the design, documentation, and training for agency delivery processes and systems Act in a client-facing role for existing clients and new business opportunities, and present as a project management subject matter expert Manage project schedules, critical dates, and client expectations alongside agency counterparts Draft and review statements of work, budget estimates, and scope definitions for projects Create and approve detailed timelines for complex projects developed by direct reports Develop new processes for client alignment and identify efficiencies across projects Serve as lead PM for significant accounts, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant project delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus at least 7+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising Previous launch experience and strong digital expertise, with 5+ years preferred Prior people management experience preferred Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment under tight deadlines Exceptional communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive compensation package Health benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Company match 401k Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time Paid sick time based on location requirements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
