The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Looking at the job posting, I can identify these sections: 1. About Us (company description) - this is prose, not a list 2. About the Role - prose description 3. What You Will Be Doing - this has multiple subsections with lists: - Strategic Growth & Business Development - Practice Development & Organizational Leadership - Client Leadership & Program Delivery - Business Operations & Financial Performance 4. What You Bring - list of requirements/qualifications 5. What Success Looks Like - list of success criteria 6. So...Why Join Us? - benefits section with list I need to structure this with appropriate h3 headings. The rules say to use h3 for section headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". I should map: - "About the Role" -> h3 "About the role" - "What You Will Be Doing" -> h3 "Responsibilities" (with subsections as nested lists or separate sections) - "What You Bring" -> h3 "Requirements" or "Qualifications" - "What Success Looks Like" -> could be part of responsibilities or separate - "So...Why Join Us?" -> h3 "Benefits" The "About Us" section is company info, not specifically about the role. The rules say "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)" but "About Us" is not the job title. However, it's company boilerplate. The rules say to remove boilerplate, but "About Us" seems like substantive company info. I'll include it as a section. For "What You Will Be Doing", it has four subsections. I could make each a separate h3, or keep as one "Responsibilities" section with subsections. The rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe one "Responsibilities" section with the four areas as sub-lists. But the subsections are quite detailed with many bullet points each. I could use h4 for subsections, but the rules only mention h3 for section headings. The rules don't forbid h4, but they say "use

for section headings". I think using h3 for main sections and maybe h4 for subsections is okay, but to be safe, I'll use h3 for main sections and use nested lists for subsections. Let me structure: - h3 "About the company" (for About Us) - h3 "About the role" (for About the Role) - h3 "Responsibilities" (for What You Will Be Doing) with four subsections as nested lists - h3 "Requirements" (for What You Bring) - h3 "Success criteria" (for What Success Looks Like) - h3 "Benefits" (for So...Why Join Us?) The posting doesn't have explicit Pay or Schedule sections, so I won't create them. Now, I need to convert all the bullet points into
    • and prose into

. Let me go through each section. First, "About Us" is prose. I'll put in a

. "About the Role" is prose. I'll put in a

. "What You Will Be Doing" has four subsections, each with a list of bullet points. I'll create a "Responsibilities" section with four subsections. Since the rules say use h3 for section headings, I could make each subsection an h3, but that would be many h3s. The rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So I'll keep as one "Responsibilities" section with the four areas as labeled lists. I'll use

for the subsection titles? The rules don't specify, but they say "use

for section headings". I think using

for subsections is acceptable semantic HTML. But to be safe, I could use or just include the subsection title as a

before each list. However, the content is clearly structured with headings. I'll use

for subsections within Responsibilities. Similarly, "What You Bring" is a list of requirements. I'll make that a "Requirements" section with a
. "What Success Looks Like" is a list. I'll make a "Success criteria" section with
. "So...Why Join Us?" has a prose intro and then a list of benefits. I'll make a "Benefits" section with a

          for the intro and

for the benefits. Now, I need to ensure I don't include any boilerplate. The posting seems clean, no EEO, cookie, etc. Also, no Job ID or requisition numbers. Let me write the HTML. I'll start with:
