Vice President, Product and Growth Marketing
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Product and Growth Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will oversee the strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion across a healthcare-focused portfolio. The role will shape product positioning, launch execution, and growth initiatives while partnering closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence how the organization is perceived in the market and to strengthen its presence through measurable marketing outcomes and thought leadership.
Role details
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $160,454 – $320,908 annually.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead enterprise growth marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insights
- Establish measurable growth objectives and oversee performance metrics
- Own product positioning and messaging across the organization’s portfolio
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market initiatives
- Partner with sales leadership to enhance sales enablement strategies and tools
- Establish the organization as a leader in healthcare innovation through thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; 15 years of relevant experience
- 15 years of subject matter expertise in healthcare or related sectors
- 12 years of supervisory experience, with potential substitutions for internal candidates
- Pragmatic Institute certification in product marketing or equivalent experience in product marketing functions
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
