Vice President, Procurement

Position Overview

The Vice President of Procurement will lead the strategic planning and execution of Montera's hyperscale data center equipment procurement program, supporting a national portfolio of Tier 1 market developments across the United States and select markets in Canada.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in major capital equipment procurement management, equipment manufacturing, or mission-critical infrastructure delivery

• Proven success developing and overseeing an equipment procurement program for hyperscale or multi-building data center campuses (50-100 MW+ IT capacity)

• Strong understanding of MEP design and construction, modular construction, MCE procurement, QA/QC programs, and commissioning methodologies

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and cost management systems

• Demonstrate commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
