Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Serve as subject matter expert on investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and markets, working closely with portfolio managers and analysts
- Clearly articulate investment philosophy, process, investments, and performance to internal and external audiences
- Support client acquisition and retention by joining client/prospect meetings alongside distribution partners
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop differentiated and high-impact messaging across written, digital, and presentation materials
- Respond to portfolio and market related questions from distribution, marketing, and RFP teams
- Provide regular updates, training, and thought leadership to internal audiences to strengthen product knowledge and client engagement effectiveness
- Provide support to Senior Portfolio Specialists
Minimum Requirements
- 7+yrs of experience in investment management, product management, or client-facing roles within the asset management industry
- Must be an action-oriented, disciplined, strategic thinker motivated to support sales and grow strong investor relationships
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to make the complex, simple
- Experience leveraging AI tools beyond basic chat functionality to improve workflows and drive efficiency
- Team-first attitude, with a high degree of accountability, initiative and collaboration
- Series 7 and Series 63 required
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CFA/CAIA are preferred
- Up to 25% travel may be required
