Vice President OSP Engineering (HYBRID)

Job Summary

The Vice President will lead the OSP business, focusing on network infrastructure, data center interconnections, fiber to the home, and long-haul plus metro networks. They will develop and implement strategic visions, establish strong relationships across the organization, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic vision for the organization and execute it.
• Develop and manage the operations budget.
• Manage and implement large-scale projects and service contracts.
• Maintain and enhance a service-oriented environment for both internal and external customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update disaster recovery procedures and protocols.
• Implement improved processes utilizing technology to improve jobs, processes, training, tools, and overall work quality.

Education And Experience

• 10+ years of telecommunications and/or network operations experience, including management of multi-layered teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Technology experience implementing and improving systems and processes for OSP engineering.
