As a global leader in grid technologies, we’re seeking a passionate Vice President of Operations to lead our Distribution Transformer business unit across North America. This remote-based role offers the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable power infrastructure through manufacturing leadership, growth, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Implement the North America strategy to drive business development and sustainable growth.
• Achieve established targets through oversight and improvement actions, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, and P&L.
• Lead and enhance Distribution Transformers North America performance, ensuring timely reporting of operational and financial results.
• Orchestrate the local team to ensure operational capacity and capability, delivering products, projects, and services on time while meeting HSE, quality, schedule, financial, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Align Distribution Transformers North America with the global strategy and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive culture and behavioral change for continuous improvement in compliance, productivity, delivery, and cost optimization.
• Ensure project quality capacity aligns with operational requirements to support customer projects.
• Implement HSE and business compliance standards, maintaining a secure work environment and upholding integrity performance.
• Lead, develop, and motivate teams according to HR policies, ensuring proper organization, staffing, and skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred: MBA or Master’s in a relevant field.
• 10 to 15 years of factory management experience, including implementation of Lean principles in traditional manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects with strategic oversight of a product or product group.
• Experience managing manufacturing units across multiple locations and geographies.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization.

Pay

Competitive base compensation of $225K - $290K plus incentives based on experience.
