Vice President, Operations - Autonomous Systems

Responsibilities

• Own the full operations workflow from demand planning to support and replenishment
• Drive an integrated operating plan involving all cross-functional teams
• Ensure accurate orders and lead recovery for operational disruptions
• Develop and execute a multi-year operations strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead safe and efficient assembly and delivery across operations sites
• Champion SIOP processes and maintain master data integrity in ERP systems
• Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, supply chain, business, or related fields
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, or quality, including 10+ years leading leaders
• Experience managing complex, multi-site operations in aerospace & defense or mission-critical manufacturing
• Proven track record in scaling production and stabilizing constrained operations
• Solid knowledge of defense acquisition and regulatory requirements
• Ability to travel 25-40% domestically and internationally
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance

Pay

$245,500 – $393,000 annually
